Old buddy from the radio shop swore by tin foil hats, I brushed him off for 15 years
He claimed the 5G towers near his trailer park caused his migraines, so I laughed it off until I moved to Austin and got the same pounding headaches every afternoon at work. Last month I lined my cap with foil and I swear the pain dropped by 80%, now I'm wondering what else that guy nailed back in 2009.

Migraines are tricky like that, they come and go with weather changes, stress, even what you ate for lunch. Spending all afternoon staring at a computer screen in a bright office can do that to anyone, and Austin heat in the summer doesn't exactly help either. Confirmation bias is a real thing too, you start paying attention to the days you wear the hat and forget the days you don't. That old buddy probably had the same headaches from cheap trailer park AC units and bad fluorescent lights. Foil might block some radio waves, sure, but it's not going to stop a tension headache from bad posture. Before you go full tinfoil evangelist, try tracking your headaches for a couple weeks without the hat and see if the pattern actually holds.
