Used to roll my eyes at 5G conspiracies until I drove through a small town in Ohio
Went to visit my mom in Millersburg and her phone signal dropped to nothing near the new tower. Then I noticed her neighbor's bird feeder had a weird metallic sheen on it. Anybody else seen strange interference near these things?

Maybe it's the frequencies messing with the metal in the seeds.

Wait, is this really that deep? Seeds are pretty basic living things, they don't have metal wiring or anything like that. I feel like there's way more obvious stuff like bad soil or too much sun that would mess with them first.

Seeds don't actually contain metal in any meaningful way (unless we're talking about trace minerals, which is different). Frequencies from things like radio waves or power lines don't really interact with organic matter like seeds the same way they might with actual metal objects. If frequency was the issue, we'd see it with all the wifi and cell towers everywhere, and studies on plant growth near power lines don't show consistent damage from the frequencies themselves. The bigger concern for seeds is usually things like soil quality, water, temperature, or maybe pests rather than some invisible frequency messing with metal they barely contain.
