Found out my liability insurance doesn't cover 'acts of God' in writing
Read the fine print on my policy renewal last week, turns out a tree falling on a client's porch roof is my problem unless I can prove it was rot. Anyone else get blindsided by a clause like this?

My adjuster said lightning and wind are "acts of nature." Guess that's different from God?
