I finally quit writing change orders on my phone and started using a carbon copy book
Got burned in March when a homeowner in Tempe swore she never agreed to the $850 in extra framing work. My texts meant nothing to her. Now I write every change on a two part carbon book, she signs the yellow copy, I keep it. Costs me about $9 at the office supply place. Anyone got a better system that holds up when someone decides to play dumb?
