The duct tape trick for keeping wire nuts organized

I got tired of digging through my bag for the right wire nut size every time. Started taping a few of each size (like 10 small, 10 medium, 10 big) to the inside of my tool pouch lid before a job. It saves me maybe 5 minutes per outlet box, and that adds up on a whole house rough-in. Has anyone else found a way to keep small parts from getting lost in the bottom of their bag?

Hold up, you tape wire nuts to your pouch lid? Bro that is next level. I can barely keep my tape measure in one piece for a week, let alone organize tiny parts with duct tape. It sounds genius but I'm amazed the tape holds up with all the dust and drywall grit on job sites.

Man @thomas.river you gotta try it though. I was skeptical too until I actually did it on a dusty renovation and the tape held way better than I expected. Just gotta press it on real good before you stick the nuts on.

Does the tape leave any sticky residue on the nuts or your pouch after a hot day?
