Thought spray foam was a scam until I saw a rim joist job in Buffalo last week
I always figured it was just an upsell for guys who can't air seal with caulk and foam board. Watched a crew spray a basement rim last week and the blower door number dropped from 4.1 to 2.3 ACH50. What's the real cost per board foot you guys are getting these days?
