My $60 dust extractor hose was a total letdown on a 3-day job

Honestly, I picked up a cheap flex hose for my sander thinking it would save some money, but it kept collapsing and clogging every 20 minutes. By day two in that attic remodel, I was blowing out the filter more than I was actually sanding. Anyone else found that paying extra for the reinforced hose is the only way to go?
