My old email-only proofing system cost me a $500 logo dispute
After a client in Nashville claimed I never sent final files even though we had 14 email threads, I switched to a delivery platform with download tracking and timestamps, and now I refuse to hand over anything without a signed receipt, has anyone else had a client lie about receiving work?

Yeah, that's why I send everything with read receipts now.
