I was halfway through a chemical peel at the resort spa when she walked in and started rearranging my towels and products for her 2pm appointment, so I stopped, walked her out to the front desk, and told my manager I would not be finishing the service until my setup was put back exactly how I had it.

That detail about the towels and products is what gets me, because that setup is basically your hands before you even touch a face. If she was that bold at your station, imagine what she pulled on the 2pm person.
