Used to book every color client for a full hour, now I book by how many bowls I mix
My old system was one flat hour for any color service, which worked fine until a busy Saturday in Bend when three roots-and-toners in a row ran me 20 minutes behind and I skipped my own lunch. Now I ask myself how many bowls the formula takes and book 45, 60, or 90 minutes off that, and my no-show gaps basically disappeared. Is this too rigid for walk-ins, or do you all schedule by application time too?

Bowl count is the only way to book color, period. Walk-ins just get squeezed in wherever the gaps land.
