Why do so many new stylists skip the patch test on box dye touch ups?
Had a girl come in last month with a reaction down her neck and ear from a 30 minute dye job someone rushed through without testing. If you're doing color on a regular, tell me how you handle the patch test conversation so it doesn't come off weird.
