Shoutout to the stranger who spotted me a day pass at that coworking space in Portland after my card got declined

I showed up ready to grind on a proposal, the front desk system went down and I couldn't pay with anything, but some guy in a beanie overheard and just handed me a spare guest pass-has anyone else had a random act of coworking karma save their day?

Honestly I gotta push back on this one. Beanie guy was probably just vibing and didn't owe anyone an explanation. People act like everyone needs to introduce themselves with a whole backstory but sometimes a person just wants to wear a beanie and exist. @caseywalker remember that dude at the coffee shop who just sat there staring at the wall for an hour? Nobody asked him what his deal was. So why does beanie guy get the third degree? It's just a hat lol.
