So I found out my city has over 80 coworking spots now

I was looking for a new place to work and checked the city's business site. The number jumped from like 50 a few years ago. I mean, that's a huge change, idk if it's just me but I had no idea. Has anyone else seen their local options blow up like that?

My buddy just moved and had to find a new spot. He said his old neighborhood had maybe two cafes you could sit in, but his new place has like ten dedicated coworking spaces within a few blocks. He was shocked at how fast it all changed.
