Tried a 9 AM library meetup in Austin, totally dead

Booked a free conference room at the central library last Tuesday thinking freelancers might roll through, but it was just me and one guy on a Zoom call. Has anyone had luck with coffee shop mornings or is there a better spot in town to actually meet people?

My buddy tried the same thing at Flightpath and left after 20 minutes.

Got a buddy who swore he'd outlast the crowd at some spot downtown, he was gone before his beer got warm. Said the vibe was like waiting for a bus that never shows, just awkward standing around.
