Ran a 90 foot boom for 2 years before a guy in Toledo asked why I never use the anti-two block override, turns out I was short-rigging every pick
Spent a whole afternoon last month watching him run a 40 ton Tadano at a gravel pit outside Perrysburg and he never once touched the bypass, which made me pull out my load charts and realize I had been reading the radius off the wrong column for two solid years.

Two years is a long time to run a chart wrong and not drop anything, which makes me wonder if the picks were actually as heavy as you thought. A 90 foot boom usually gives you plenty of room before you get near the edge of the chart, so unless you were lifting near max radius the whole time the mistake might not have cost you much. The guy in Perrysburg not touching the bypass tells you he was rigged right, not that you were ever in real danger.
