Rant: I went from writing prompts on napkins at my shop to keeping a 50 page doc on my phone
Back in 2015 I used to scribble prompt ideas on shop napkins between oil changes and stuff them in my toolbox. Half of them got soaked in brake fluid or thrown out, and I lost a whole month of ideas that way. Now I keep one big Google doc on my phone with about 50 prompts sorted by mood and setting. The weird part is I barely ever look back at the old ones, I just keep adding new ones. So which is better, the messy pile that makes you dig, or the clean list you never dig through? Where do you all keep your prompt ideas?

The "soaked in brake fluid" part got me, I lost a whole notebook to a spilled coffee once and wanted to cry. Now I hoard everything in my notes app and never scroll back either, it's just a growing pile I'm scared to touch.
