Switching to digital prompt cards fixed my whole writing routine
For two years I kept my prompt ideas in a shoebox of index cards, but they kept getting shuffled or soaked when my basement flooded last spring. I moved everything into a plain text file on my phone, sorted by theme, and now I can find a prompt in seconds instead of flipping through 40 cards. The big difference is the search function, I type one word like 'ghost' and every related idea pops up. Has anyone else made the switch from physical cards to digital, or am I the only one who needed a flood to modernize?

Do you actually use the prompts or just hoard them now that searching is easy?
