2FA app glitch locked me out of my bank account for a day
Last Tuesday the auth app on my phone got a bad update and stopped syncing codes. Couldn't get into my bank or even my email since they both used the same app. Had to drive 30 minutes to the Wells Fargo branch in Toledo with my ID and answer a bunch of questions just to reset it. Anyone else keep all their 2FA in one app or do you split it across a few?

Did you write down those backup codes they give you at setup?
