My boss's 'secure' password list was a sticky note on the monitor

Last Thursday I walked into the office kitchen and saw our senior accountant's monitor. There it was, a yellow sticky note under the screen with what looked like 8 passwords, all starting with 'accounting2023'. My boss caught me staring and said, 'It's fine, nobody can see it from the hall.' But our office is right next to the elevator, so every visitor gets a clear view between 9 and 5. I brought it up at the team meeting and he laughed, but the next week we got a phishing email that looked exactly like our vendor, and I'm pretty sure someone took a photo from the lobby. Has anyone else dealt with a coworker who treats passwords like public art?
