A courier in Chicago told me to start charging a rush fee when a job gets moved up, and that one change saved my week
I was on a call with a courier named Marcus while waiting for a print shop to open on Wabash, and he said he tacks on 25 percent the second a pickup time gets moved earlier. I tried it on my next three deadline scrambles and two people paid without blinking. One even said they expected it. Has anyone else tried a rush fee instead of just eating the late night? Would love to hear what percent you use.
