Client moved my deadline from Friday to Tuesday and I counted 11 panic texts I sent in one hour
I literally sat there refreshing my sent folder last Tuesday night and realized I had texted the same friend 11 times in 60 minutes, all variations of 'I'm going to die.' That number freaked me out more than the deadline did, because it showed me I wait until panic mode to actually ask for help. Does anyone else track how many times they reach out before they just start working, or is that just a me thing?

Thought counting texts was nuts but now I see it just shows when you actually ask for help.
