Shoutout to the client who emailed me at 11 PM asking for a Tuesday deadline to be Friday instead
I had a logo project due Tuesday, got an email last Thursday night from a client in Austin saying they needed it by Sunday. I was already in bed winding down, had to get up and work on it till 2 AM. Ended up sending a half-finished version and hoping they didn't notice. Has anyone else had a client do this kind of last-minute switcheroo on a weekend?

Used to be the type that rolled my eyes at clients like that, but after my own side project turned into a scramble last year I get it now lol. Still sucks though, especially when you're half asleep.

My buddy Tom had a client pull this on a website redesign he was doing. He got a text at 10:30 on a Saturday night saying the boss changed the launch date from the 15th to the 8th and she needed everything live by Monday morning. He ended up having to call in a favor with his hosting guy to get a staging site pushed to production at midnight. The client never even acknowledged he pulled it off, just said "looks good" in an email the next day. Made me mad just hearing about it.
