Switched to a $3 interdental brush, my gums stopped bleeding in 2 weeks
I used to floss every night and still woke up with blood on the brush. My hygienist in Portland kept saying I was too rough, but I didn't listen. Finally tried those tiny rubber picks from the drugstore, the size 0 ones, and it was way less annoying. My gums are pink now and my last cleaning scored way better. Has anyone else dumped string floss for these things?

Guilty as charged, my gums bled from just looking at floss wrong.
