Air dryer purge valve kept freezing last week, traced it to a $6 check valve
Truck kept losing air pressure every morning around 5am in that cold snap, and the purge valve on the dryer was spitting oil like crazy. Turned out the little check valve downstream had a cracked seat, letting moisture sit right there, anyone else seen that on the Bendix units or am I just lucky?

Had that same cracked seat thing on my old Freightliner, found it after three mornings of cussing.
