Heat gun vs induction heater on rusty bolts, which side are you on?

I spent 5 years swearing by a cheap heat gun for seized exhaust bolts, then my buddy in Phoenix talked me into trying an induction heater on a rusted U-joint strap. The induction coil broke it free in 90 seconds, but it costs 10x more and needs a good power source. Has anyone else made the switch, or is that just shop-truck hype?

You ever actually torch a bolt that's sitting right next to a fuel line or a plastic clip? Heat guns throw heat everywhere, man. Induction keeps it tight and only heats the metal you point at. That's the whole difference for me. Yeah, it costs more, but I've melted one too many wiring harnesses with my old gun. Plus the induction gets the bolt hot from the inside out, not just the skin. I'd rather spend the money once than replace a sensor or a line twice.
