Can we talk about the $150 I spent on a fancy paint sprayer for a single room
It took me longer to clean it than to paint, and the finish wasn't any better than a roller. Anyone have a better method for small jobs?

Remember when that was a full apartment payment? Now it barely covers a closet with a window unit. Saw a listing last week for a "cozy studio" that was just a converted garage with a mini fridge. The math is completely broken.

Wait, a converted garage with just a mini fridge? That's not a studio, that's a shed. And @fisher.jessica is right, $150 for one room is crazy now.
