Dropped $340 on a tile saw for one bathroom and I'd do it again tomorrow
Rented one for the hall bath 3 years back, fought it for two weekends, then bought the cheap wet saw for $340 and had the second bath done in a day and a half, so who else has a tool that paid for itself on one job?
