Got tired of the mess from my old corded circular saw and picked up a brushless model last month

Honestly, the cordless one is just way better for moving around a site. I was framing a shed in my backyard and not having to drag an extension cord over the dirt made a huge difference. The battery lasted through cutting all the 2x4s and plywood without slowing down. Has anyone else made the switch and found they use their saw more now?

Oh man, tell me about it. But here's my thing, how do you handle the battery cost? I got one too and love it, but then I needed two more batteries just to feel okay about longer jobs. Did that sting a little for you, or was it just part of the deal?

Wait, did you mean the cost of extra batteries? Honestly I just use the fast charger that came with mine. It tops up a battery in like 30 minutes, so I can usually just rotate one while I work. Saved me from buying a whole bunch of spares right away.
