TIL one old outlet in my 1950s house had no ground wire, just a fake third prong
Opened up a bedroom outlet near the kitchen in my Cleveland place to add a GFCI and found the ground screw was hooked to nothing, so now I'm wondering how many other spots in this house are faking it and whether I should just run new wire or slap in GFCIs everywhere.
