Cheap laser level vs my old bubble level, what a difference

I swore by my trusty bubble level for framing for years, thought lasers were for techies. Picked up a $35 laser level from the hardware store last month, just for the heck of it. After hanging 12 shelves in my garage, every single one lines up perfectly without me crouching. Has anyone else ditched their old tools for something they used to laugh at?

Hang on, twelve shelves? Like, a dozen separate units? I was picturing maybe two or three big ones, but that's basically a whole lumber yard in there. That's not framing, that's a warehouse setup, dude. At what point do you just start calling it a storage facility and charge rent?
