I finally figured out why my floor plan for the Denver library annex kept getting flagged
I was working on the foundation details last Tuesday and realized I'd used the wrong scale for the structural steel callouts, which threw off all the beam placements. My supervisor caught it during the final review and we had to redo three sheets before the deadline. Has anyone else had a scale mix-up cause a major rework, and how do you double-check yours?

You mentioned the Denver library annex, but that project is actually in Aurora not Denver proper. I only know because my firm bid on the mechanical work last year. Scale mix-ups are the worst though, I always plot a test sheet at 1:1 and measure a known dimension with a physical scale ruler before sending anything out. It adds five minutes but saves those three sheet rework nightmares.

Honestly, that's a solid tip for avoiding scale issues.
