That Friday where every dimension line finally lined up on the first pass

I've been fighting with a commercial remodel set all month, and on Friday I laid out the entire north wall elevation without a single correction, even the weird 7/16" offsets matched the structural drawings. My lead drafter walked over, looked at my screen, and just said "huh, that's clean," which from him is basically a parade. Has anyone else had a day where the software quirks just stop fighting you, or was I just lucky with the PDFs?

even the weird 7/16 offsets matched" is the part I keep coming back to. Because in my experience, that's not a lucky Friday, that's a trap. Every time I think the CAD gremlins took the day off, it means the file is about to bite me in the ass come Monday. Last month I had a set where everything lined up perfect on screen, so I sent it to the field, and the contractor found six different places where the PDFs were showing me the ceiling heights from the old building. I'd rather fight the software now than chase a busted layout later.
