The GC in Phoenix said my dimension strings looked like spaghetti, so I changed one habit
I was laying out a 12,000 sq ft tenant improvement in Phoenix and my dimension strings were all over the place. The GC pulled me aside and said they looked like spaghetti, and honestly he was right, I had arrows and text stacked on top of each other. Now I run a clean baseline on the outside of the plan and only pull interior dims where they matter, and my RFIs dropped by half. Has anyone else had a reviewer call out their dim style, and what did you switch to?

Did you draw it up on paper first or just jump right into the software? Getting called out by a GC stings but hey, at least he told you to your face instead of just redlining it and sending it back.
