Bought a $6 laser level at a yard sale in Council Bluffs and my spoil piles quit looking like a toddler did them
I was just killing time before a job and the old guy selling it said he used it to set his grade stakes on farm tiling. Now I shoot a line for the cut every 20 feet and my last 400 foot run on the Missouri backchannel came out dead flat.
