TIL my usual dredge spot now needs a wildlife survey first
Tried to start a job last week and got told I had to check for some rare frog, lol. It's holding up the whole project, but I think it's good we're not just digging without looking now. Are you guys running into this kind of thing more often?

Last time I checked for endangered species on a job it was just my missing 10mm socket. Guess frogs are a bit more important though.

What's next, a background check for earthworms? I spent three days last month watching a patch of dirt for a turtle that never showed. At this rate, my next job will need a permit for the dust.
