Mud pan vs hawk for corners, I finally switched after 12 years

Been running a 10 inch mud pan since I started in Denver back in 2011. Last month a buddy made me try his hawk for inside corners and I felt like an idiot. The hawk holds way more mud, so I'm not reloading every 2 feet. Plus the flex of the blade on a hawk gives me a smoother wipe, no double dragging. I trimmed my corner time on a 3 bedroom house from 6 hours down to 4.5. Anyone else made the swap late and never looked back?

My 6 inch stainless pan from Menards in 2014 says otherwise. The hawk flex sounds nice until you hit a bum corner and the blade dips, then you're patching a patch. I did 4 new build houses last month with the pan and didn't reload but maybe every 4 feet, so the whole hawk capacity argument falls flat for me. Plus the pan sits flat on the mud board, so I can load it one handed without dropping a hawk full of mud on the floor. Different strokes, but I'll stick with what's got 12 years of calluses on my fingers.
