The day we hung 62 sheets in a New Braunfels church and my arms quit at sheet 50
Back in 2009 I was on a crew doing a church fellowship hall in New Braunfels and we knocked out 62 sheets in one day, which was double what we normally hang. By sheet 50 my arms were done and the lead guy had to finish my side while I stood there holding a dead lift, and I felt about two feet tall. These days I run a panel lift for anything over 12 feet. Any of you old timers still hang by hand or has everyone switched over?

Honestly the lift just makes guys soft, plenty of crews still hang 12 foot by hand without crying about it. Sounds like your lead should've paced the day better instead of blowing everyone out by sheet 50.
