Hit 100 panel swaps before I stopped breaking supports

Started counting after my third straight panel swap where I snapped the plastic support tabs. Took me 92 more jobs to realize I was overtightening by about a quarter turn. Found the sweet spot at hand tight plus 90 degrees. Now I strip way fewer panels. Anyone else track their failure rate on repetitive jobs like that?

Damn, honestly never thought about tracking that but you just convinced me to start.

Did you catch that piece on NPR about how most people completely GUESS their calorie intake and end up way off? I heard some study saying even people who think they eat normal are actually 50% over and that honestly scared me straight. Started tracking myself last week and man, the numbers do NOT lie about that late night snacking habit.

Honestly @evan_grant70 that NPR piece hit me hard too, I had no idea I was that clueless about portions. What worked for me was measuring out cereal and pasta for a week just to see what a real serving looked like, and it was way smaller than I thought. After that I just kept a log on my phone notes and it helped me cut out mindless snacking without feeling like I was on a diet. The numbers are brutal but they made me actually think before grabbing a handful of chips.
