Had to pick between a cheap knockoff screen and the real deal for a Pixel 6

Customer brought in a busted Pixel 6, and I had to choose between a $25 aftermarket screen or the $80 OEM part. I went with the cheap one to save them money, and it was a huge mistake. The colors looked washed out, the touch response was laggy, and the customer came back two days later complaining. Anyone have a good source for Pixel parts that won't break the bank but actually work right?

Ugh, been there. Learned the hard way that some parts just aren't worth the savings. I've had good luck with MobileSentrix for Pixel screens, decent price and they work right.

How many times did you have to get burned before you stopped buying the cheapest option? I finally gave up after a screen that wouldn't even register touch. It just feels like such a waste of time and money in the end.
