Just realized my old soldering routine was the problem, not my hands
For 8 years I blamed shaky hands for cold joints and bridges. Then last month I swapped my cheap 30W iron for a temp controlled station and started using flux pens on every joint, not just the stubborn ones. The difference is night and day, my joints flow smooth and take half the time. Turns out I was fighting oxidation and poor heat transfer this whole time. Anyone else have a basic tool or habit that secretly held them back for years?
