Had a door zone lock fail on a hospital install last Tuesday
I was at County General setting up a new MRL and someone hit the fire recall while I was still testing the door logic. Three floors of doors just gave up and went full manual on me. Has anyone else had an emergency circuit override mess up their sequence like this?

Yeah that "a quick power cycle on the controller" thing @morganl71 mentioned used to sound like a bandaid fix to me but honestly after this exact scenario happening twice on me I'm a believer now. It's wild how just letting it reboot sorts out the mess without touching the install.

In my experience that emergency circuit override can scramble things if the door logic isn't fully finalized first. A quick power cycle on the controller usually resequences everything without needing a full reinstall.

Hang on @morganl71, so you're saying if you hit that emergency override before the door logic is fully done, it can basically corrupt the sequence? Like it locks in half-finished commands or something? That makes a weird kind of sense actually, because I've had doors act like they were drunk after that - opening halfway, stopping, then reversing for no reason. I always just assumed the override was safe to hit whenever.
