Last month I finished a $1200 logo package for a small bakery in Austin. I sent the final files on a Tuesday and the owner said she loved them. Then nothing. No payment, no replies to my emails, and her phone just rang and rang. After two weeks of chasing, I sent a polite but firm invoice reminder with a late fee notice. She finally paid on day 17 but the silence was stressful. Has anyone else had a client ghost right after saying they were happy with the work?
