Am I the only one who fought a steam towel warmer for 2 months before finding the actual fix?
Picked up a used one for $80 from a spa closing in Sacramento back in March and the towels kept coming out damp in the middle. I tried new towels, different water levels, even bought a $45 thermometer, and it took almost 8 weeks before an old coworker told me to just prop the lid open a crack after it hits temp. Turns out it was trapping steam and soaking the bottom towels the whole time. Has anyone else run into this with the cheaper single chamber units, or is it just mine?
