Heads up, my peel order delay messed up my schedule for weeks
I added a new chemical peel to my menu last month. The supplier promised it would arrive in a few days. It took OVER a month due to shipping issues. I had to cancel and move SO many appointments. Always double-check estimated delivery dates with suppliers.

Wait they took a MONTH to deliver? That's insane, is that normal for them?

What did they say when you asked about the delay? I've waited weeks for simple parts before and the worst part is when they just stop answering your calls. You end up stuck with a half finished project because one piece is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. It's the lack of updates that makes a long wait feel so much worse.

A month does sound pretty bad, but is it really that insane? @nora_murphy, suppliers mess up all the time. You just build in extra buffer time for new products. Canceling weeks of appointments over one peel seems like a planning problem, not just a shipping one.

Did you ask if they've had stock issues before, or was this a one time mess up? Sometimes suppliers hide how often this happens until you're already relying on them.
