Heavy week in the books, what's your worst day ratio?
Had a Tuesday where I did 6 facials back to back and every single one had some kind of reaction or complaint, then a Thursday where everyone tipped 20% and one client brought me cookies. Do you think bad days are just random or is there a pattern to when they hit, like full moons or holiday weeks?

The 20% tipping Thursday sounds like the universe balancing the books. I've had that exact pattern where the rough days come in waves, usually tied to when people are stressed, like right before a long weekend or the start of the month when rent hits. Full moons are real too, I keep a small notebook tally and the weird reactions always cluster around them. If you track it for a few months, you'll start seeing your own pattern, and it helps to front-load your schedule on the days you know are gonna be rough.
