I put a hot towel on a client's face for 12 minutes instead of 8 and she looked like a tomato
Last Tuesday I had a client named Deb who always books the 90 minute facial, and I lost track of time chatting about her grandkid's wedding so the hot towel sat on her face for 12 minutes instead of my usual 8. She walked out with a bright red face and told the front desk I gave her a free chemical peel, so now I set a loud timer on my phone for every steam step. Does anyone else keep a literal kitchen timer in their room just to stay honest with the clock?
