I rolled my eyes at LED light therapy masks for years, but my sister's rosacea cleared up in 6 weeks with one.

She used the Omnilux Contour mask every other day, and the change was so clear I had to admit it worked. Anyone else have a client get real results from something you were sure was just hype?

Felt the same way about gua sha tools until a client with stubborn jaw tension swore by it. I suggested she try it for a week, and she came back saying her headaches were gone. I started using one myself for my own neck stiffness, and it actually made a real difference.

Honestly, that's a solid point, @rosecarr. I was totally in the "it's just a fancy rock" camp too. My skepticism melted after a brutal week hunched over my laptop left my shoulders in knots. Out of pure desperation, I dug out a jade roller my mom gave me. After about ten minutes of just pushing it along my neck, the muscle tightness actually let up. It didn't fix my life, but it made sitting at my desk the next day way less miserable. Sometimes the simple stuff just works.

That's interesting it helped with jaw tension headaches. Did your client have to learn a specific technique, or was it just the basic scraping motion that worked?
