I used to skip double cleansing at night, then a client made me change my mind
I always figured double cleansing was overkill unless a client wore a full face of makeup, so I stuck with one gentle cleanser for years. A client came in with clogged pores for 4 months straight, and when I finally asked about her routine, she said she only oil cleansed on mascara days, so I had her try the full two step every night and her skin cleared up in about 3 weeks. Do any of you double cleanse on clients who barely wear makeup, or is that still overkill?
