Question about hitting a specific client retention number

I was looking at my books from last quarter and saw that I kept 92% of my facial clients coming back for at least three sessions. That number really surprised me because my goal was 80%. It happened after I started sending a personalized text two days after each appointment, just checking in on their skin. I didn't think a small thing like that would make such a big difference. Has anyone else seen a big jump from a simple follow-up routine?

Personal follow-ups are a game changer. I started sending a quick email with a tip based on what we talked about in their session. My rebooking rate went up almost twenty percent in two months. It makes people feel like you actually remember them and care about their results. That small extra step builds way more loyalty than I ever expected.

Totally agree about that small extra step... I started doing something like that after my consults, just a quick text with a link to a video I mentioned. The amount of people who wrote back saying "wow, you actually listened" was crazy... it really does change how they see you.
