Tried a different order for my extractions and saw way less redness
I was doing a facial on a client with really clogged pores and decided to switch it up. Instead of doing extractions right after steaming, I did a gentle enzyme mask for 8 minutes first. Her skin was way softer and the gunk came out with almost no pressure. I'm thinking the extra prep time made the big difference. Anyone else mess with their routine order and get a better result?

Ever think we rush the steam step just because it's always been first? That extra time with the enzyme is basically giving the skin a real chance to loosen up on its own. You probably avoided a lot of the trauma that causes the redness in the first place.
